    LifeSketch Copied from Notes below: Emigrated: Ship "Brotherhood" Nov. 3, 1750 to port of Philadelphia, PA under the guardianship of her UNCLE Johannes Mast and accompanied by her brothers Jacob; John; and three sisters. They were apparently orphans. Jacob was later to become Bishop Jacob Mast, married to Magdalena Holly and settled in Berks, co., PA. Magdalena died (over 90 years of age) on the farm of her dau. Frana and Jacob Miller. She is buried in Cem. 0-29 (Roman D. Miller farm in 1984), 1-1/2 miles south and 3/4 miles west of Walnut Creek, Holmes Co., Ohio. Mast - Page 689 (2072 First Generation) Magdalena Mast was born in Switzerland about 1741. She was a sister to Bishop Jacob Mast, who had emigrated with her uncle Johannes Mast in the ship Brotherhood, landed at Philadelphia, Pa, on Nov. 3, 1750. She was married some years afterward to a young man from the Fatherland by name of Michael Troyer, who with his brother Andreas crossed on the same vessel. It is believed that Magdalena Mast and her husband lived in Somerset Co, Pa, or in Holmes Co, Ohio. Among their children were Michael, Andreas, Abraham, Joseph and David.
