BUCHANAN -Patricia G. "Tricia" Fitzgerald, 81, of Buchanan, passed away on October 7, 2012, at her home of natural causes.
She was born September 17, 1931, in New Orleans, LA, to George & Alice Gernon, who had preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Niles, and a homemaker. On April 7, 1951, in New Orleans, LA, she married Larry Michael Fitzgerald, who survives in Buchanan. Also surviving are sons, Scott Fitzgerald of Buchanan & Gregg Fitzgerald of Eau Claire; daughters, Kathy Maslowski of Memphis, TN, Kim Keniston of Port Huron, MI, and Sheila Porter of Mishawaka, IN; twelve grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren; brothers, Tim Gernon and Riecke Gernon, both of Metairie, LA; and sisters, Jeanne Benson and Linda Livandais, both of New Orleans, LA. A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, October 11, 2012, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Niles, with Deacon Roger Gregorski officiating.
Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Niles.
