  [S1251] Find A Grave, Edna Bridges Galey. The obituary for Mrs. Oscar Galey stated that she had died Apr. 17, 1942 at the home of her brother, Melvin Bridges in Rantoul. She was born in Strasburg, Sep. 3, 1889 to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bridges. She married Oscar Galey at Strasburg in 1908. They resided in Mattoon for 18 years and then in Detroit, later moving to Rantoul. Surviving were her parents of near Neoga; her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Myrtle White of Greenville, Mrs. Mildred Stephens of Detroit and Mrs. [?] Madonna at home; son, Sgt.
